Rail rod holder — second revision
The clamp is printed to the tube diameter the boat actually has. The second revision added a soft liner and a lug that stops the socket rotating.

How it works
The model is parametric: the diameter is a variable, not an assumption. That is the whole reason the part exists — rails run from 22 to 32 mm, and rubber inserts meant to cover the whole span always slip.
The second revision added a TPU liner against the tube and a lug in the clamp band. Without the lug the whole holder slowly rotated downwards over a day in a swell.
What I learned
ASA was the right call. The first trial in PETG went soft in direct sun on deck, and the clamping force disappeared after a few hours.
