What I store about you, why, and how you get rid of it.

If you send the contact form, your name, email address and message are stored, along with which product or idea the enquiry concerned. If you sign up to the newsletter, your email address and chosen language are stored. Nothing else.
Contact details are used to reply to you and to deliver anything you order. Newsletter addresses are used only to tell you when something is ready. The basis is your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time.
Nobody else. The information is not sold, not shared and not used for advertising. The site runs on Vercel and the database is with Neon in Frankfurt, both inside the EEA.
Enquiries are deleted at the latest two years after the last contact. Newsletter subscribers stay on the list until they unsubscribe. If you ask for deletion, it happens without questions.
If you order a part with a name, phone number or registration embossed, that information is used only to make the part. It is deleted once the order is delivered, unless you ask for it to be kept for a later batch.
Logos, drawings and physical samples sent for a commission are treated as confidential. They are not used for anything else, not shown without agreement, and are deleted or returned when you ask.
The site sets one cookie remembering whether you read in Norwegian or English. It contains nothing else. There is no tracking and no third-party analytics.
You can ask what is stored, ask for it to be corrected, and ask for it to be deleted. Send an email and it will be sorted. If you are unhappy with how your information is handled, you can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.
