Escape rings for pots
Printed rings in the correct diameter, with the size embossed, so undersized catch can get back out.
The problem
The rings that come with pots get lost or worn, and it is rarely easy to see whether the diameter is still correct.
The fix
The rings print in ASA with the size embossed on the rim, and a flange that makes them easy to fit in the netting without tools.
I want to check the current requirements carefully before this becomes a product — there is no room for approximation here, and the dimensions have to be documented against the rules.
More ideas
A hook guard that actually stays on
A soft TPU clip that snaps over treble hooks and jigs so they stop catching nets, clothing and fingers.
A rod holder that fits your rail
A parametric holder printed for the exact tube diameter your boat has — not a standard no boat actually follows.
Gear tags for nets and pots that last
Name, phone number and registration embossed into the tag itself — not written in marker that vanishes in three weeks.
