The body is a sealed shell over sparse infill, so it is trapped air doing most of the work. PP sits at 0.90 g/cm³ and only just floats on its own; everything else I print sinks. Name and number are embossed into the side, not written on. It carries an ordinary set of boat keys — if yours is a big bunch, say so and it gets printed with more volume.
PP is awkward to work with. It shrinks, lets go of the bed and wants its own tape underneath, which is why it costs more than the plastic in it. In return it does not care about salt water, diesel or antifouling. Each one goes in a bucket with keys on it before it is packed.
How much it carries depends on the weight of your keys. Try it in a bucket before you rely on it. This is not safety equipment.
